Located on the north side of the island, in a less developed part of the grand cayman called rum point drive this luxury one-off house strikes an impressive pose on the dramatic Caribbean coastline. We were appointed to design and construct a new build on the 0.69 acre sandy long-stretched site between the public road and beach.
