Tickets
Tickets can be purchased online through our official ticketing partner. Visit our booking page here
Yes, tickets can be purchased from the Box Office on the day. Tickets from the Box Office cost £16 per adult. Children aged 15 and under, and carers can attend free of charge.
Yes, children do need tickets to enter the show. Children aged 15 and under can attend for free. Tickets can be booked online, when booking adult tickets, or collected from the Box Office upon arrival to the venue.
Yes, tickets can be shared, but can only be used once to enter the event.

Carers attending with disabled visitors are entitled to free entry to the Show, as long as the person they are attending with has purchased their own ticket. Please collect your carer ticket from the box office at the Show.
- General Admission: £8–£16
- Child Tickets – Children aged 15 and under can attend for free.
- Trade Tickets – Apply for trade tickets.
- Press Passes – Get in touch with us for a press pass.
Weekday tickets are valid for any one weekday and weekend tickets are valid for any one weekend day.
If you wish to attend more than one day, either weekday or weekend, you will need to purchase another ticket for each additional day you attend.
Your tickets will be attached to your See Tickets confirmation email.
You can show your ticket on your phone, but you must show the actual ticket with barcode, not just the confirmation email.

Lost property is located in the Piazza between Subway and Hall 1 within the Security Office.
There is also a smaller Security Office in the Atrium near Hall 6.
After the show, all lost property is transferred to the Piazza Security Office.
