The fixed Queen pedestal is available in numerous sizes and is adjustable in height from 21 mm. The Q5 reaches a height of 234mm without the need of extension pieces, by adding the Queen Tower Short (QTS) or Queen Tower Long (QTL) you can achieve your desired height.
