Grand Designs Live will continue to embrace the shows eco-ethos. With 12 million tonnes of single use plastics ending up in the sea each year, our campaign to turn the tide on plastic pollution is as important as ever.
Working alongside ExCeL and the NEC, Grand Designs Live is prohibiting the sale of plastic bottles and straws from all in-show catering points at our shows. Plastic cutlery and show goody bags will be replaced with biodegradable alternatives.
We need your help with this initiative to truly have an impact on the environment and ask that, where possible, you can also ban the distribution of single-use plastics in our shows.
