In 2025, Grand Designs Live introduced a brand-new show layout, transforming the former Ask an Expert area into four tailored Advice Centres. This new format creates clearer, more focused spaces, allowing visitors to head straight to the type of guidance that best suits their project. By separating the centres, each area offers a calmer environment and more in-depth, specialist support. Visitors were encouraged to bring plans, drawings and budgets of their own so they received the most from their one-to-one session and got advice that was truly personalised to their own Grand Design.
