Sharon Whitehurst


Styling by Sharon jane Whitehurst with a background as a textile / designer and  painter.  With a passion for colour - design and interesting combinations of pattern and effect,  it was an obvious synergy to use Wallpaper and texture in the Grand Design Lavatory. A light hearted  retreat from the world in a wonderful bamboo hut.  Sharon is a designer - maker of hand screen printed wallpapers and interior textile products.  With an extensive experience as a surface pattern designer for many product areas for large companies and has had her own business since 2008, which has brought many interesting commissions for individuals and companies. Known for a bold use of colour and interesting combinations of screen printed imagery and painterly loose marks, using artworks directly to inspire wallpaper ranges.
