The Grand House will be a contemporary and cutting-edge two-storey self-build villa, designed to showcase the very best in modern home innovation.
Showcasing the latest innovations, including a variety of UK product launches, the Grand House will feature an architect designed fascia, a handmade kitchen with the latest appliances, stunning bespoke glazing with floor to ceiling windows, advanced decarbonisation control systems, a home gym, beautifully landscaped outdoor areas and much more.
Created to inspire and educate, the Grand House will demonstrate how to decarbonise a home using renewable energy solutions while maintaining bold design and luxury finishes.
Throughout the house, visitors will be able to meet expert advisors from featured brands and discover innovative products available to purchase at the show.
