HOUSE EXTERIOR
The Grand House exterior will bring together innovative materials and thoughtful design to create a bold, modern look. Designed with contemporary living in mind, every element will be chosen to balance style, durability and sustainability. The façade itself has been designed by Steven Cartwright of Cartwright & Gross Architects, shaping a striking architectural vision for the home.
From sleek large-format surfaces to elegant steel glazing, the exterior will show how carefully selected materials can work together to create a home that feels both impressive and practical.
Cosentino will be supplying Dekton® surfaces across the entire façade, giving the home a clean, seamless finish. Not only will it look impressive, but it will also be built to withstand everyday wear and changing weather, helping the home stay looking its best for years to come.
Grabex Windows will be adding bespoke steel glazing throughout, including oversized steel Reynaers windows that will open up the kitchen and lounge. A striking glass atrium will become a standout feature, bringing in plenty of natural light. At the rear, sliding and bi-fold doors will create an easy flow between inside and outside, perfect for modern living.
