Umut Calkam

Umut entered the construction industry after completing his Master’s degree in 2003. Since then, he has built and renovated a wide range of residential and commercial properties. In 2017, recognising a gap in the luxury door market, he partnered with Interezza Turkey to manufacture and import premium, designer fire and non-fire doors to the UK.

He has since supplied and installed thousands of doors, introducing a new approach by offering fully integrated door sets—door, frame, and architraves—all matching in colour or pattern. His systems eliminate the need to retrofit into old frames, improving both performance and aesthetics. All products are tested and certified in UK testing centres, combining elegance with compliance.
