Nat is the founder of Sunday Light, a London-based company designing and manufacturing artificial skylights that replicate the quality and feel of natural daylight indoors.

Born out of a lifelong love of sunlight, Sunday Light's systems use advanced LED and water-cooling technology to deliver the full spectrum, intensity, and physiological benefits of natural light. Nat's background in circadian science and hardware engineering informs a product built from first principles designed to deliver light the body actually responds to.

At Grand Designs Live, Nat will be talking about the science and design behind indoor sunlight, and how it has the ability to fundamentally change our health and the way we think about building our homes.
