Lexie Carducci is your Property Fair Godmother! Her goal is to make property easy to understand, unintimidating and ultimately FUN! Lexie grew up on the coast in Torquay, Devon before moving to London to study when she was 18. Lexie became involved in the property industry 12 years ago when she started dating her Estate Agent (one of her top tips in property is to be nice to your Estate Agent although she may have overstepped her own advice here!) After working in his company for 6 months she realised although Estate Agency wasn't for her, she still wanted to help people find their dream home so became a Property Finder. When she was 24 she wanted to get on the property ladder but couldn't afford to buy where she was living in London so instead bought a buy to let as her first property, after turning it into a 2 bed some years later and refinancing it she had gathered enough funds to do it all again. Lexie now owns a small portfolio of buy to lets in West London. She lives in West London with her little toy poodle Bali and partner, who is still that Estate Agent although his company was recently one of the acquisitions of one of London's biggest Agents and he now focuses on Property Development.
