Bright Hill is a small Developer based in West London, our focus is looking for PD opportunities (commercial to resi) in London and the Home Counties. We have been operating as a business for 5 years and are currently building out 11 units (8x1 beds and 3x2 beds) over two buildings in Teddington which we plan to complete and sell in late summer 2026. We have a GDV pipeline of £4.3m.
