Fred joined clean energy tech company Aira in October 2024 as a Strategic Partnerships Manager, before leading their UK Homebuilding and Renovation segment, specialising in off-plan projects. He oversees a dedicated technical sales team, engaging customers early in the design phase and partnering with homeowners, developers and architects to embed low-carbon energy solutions into new builds and renovations.
