Originally from Italy, Federica joined SMEG’s headquarters in 2018, working at the heart of product design and technology development. Now based in the UK, she bridges Italian design heritage with local lifestyles, selecting, adapting, and launching products in close collaboration with SMEG HQ to meet the way people really live, cook and entertain.

With over five years’ experience in the appliance industry and an MBA, Federica combines strategic thinking with a genuine passion for design-led innovation. She believes great kitchens are not just about functionality, but about creating spaces that elevate everyday living.
