Currently delivering two HMO projects in Kent totalling 18 bedrooms, with a wider pipeline of approximately 50 rooms.
Design is central to every project. Effective space utilisation is critical when creating small living spaces that work well for everyday life and interact well with one another. Aesthetically, the schemes aim to stand out in the market, drawing inspiration from hotels and East Asian design concepts to create calm, considered and functional interiors.
Daryl is a developer based in Kent focusing on carefully designed co living schemes across the south of England.
