Chris has extensive hands-on experience across sourcing opportunities, securing planning, managing refurbishments and conversions, overseeing construction delivery, and structuring development finance. He has led the delivery of more than 20 projects ranging from minor refurbishments to large-scale commercial conversions. His track record includes a commercial to residential conversion of 9 luxury apartments, and a new build scheme of 18 new homes in Bristol.
