After pivoting from a TV career in the US to project management in the UK, Charlie quickly rose through the ranks - eventually leading one of London’s top boutique design and build firms. In 2023, she launched her own company with a mission: to build extraordinary homes and champion inclusivity in a male-dominated industry. Charlie brings a rare mix of creative flair, operational grit, and heartfelt leadership to every project - and is always ready to support other women in the construction sector.
