Joanna Magdalena Palinski is the Director of JP Project Management Ltd, also known as Joanna Group. Since founding the company in 2009, she has overseen residential and light-commercial projects across London, including refurbishments, structural works, interior design, and maintenance.

She is passionate about business growth and great leadership in construction led by women, and strongly believes that empathy, communication, and emotional intelligence are as vital to project delivery as technical expertise.

Joanna is also a qualified mental coach and co-founder of Women’s Business Link, an organisation supporting diversity and women entrepreneurs. She has participated in the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses UK programme — a business growth training initiative delivered in partnership with Oxford University’s Saïd Business School.
