Facilitating excavation
Mainmark technology can be used to provide temporary works solutions to enable deep excavations to prevent the existing soil strata from collapsing under homes.
This is a great alternative to using traditional methods where essentially the weak ground would need to be completely dug out resulting in extra time, money, and disruption.
Our team uses the quicker resin injection method to fill the voids between the soils and bond the particles together to create a solidified mass. This strengthened ground can be used to support increased load, perfect for if you’re adding additional floors, stabilise sunken structures, such as cracks or brick separations between your home and extension, or create temporary shoring solutions for larger property or complex projects.
