As a team, we have helped over 1,650 London homeowners design and build their dream extensions. Established in 2007, and trading for over 18 years, we offer a flexible and transparent two-stage design and build process. We reduce confusion and simplify the process by offering a fixed fee design phase producing everything you require to build, along with the opportunity to Price Lock your build quotation as soon as initial plans have been drawn up. We also offer a full build management service to guide you through the works on site, with every project being assigned a dedicated Build Manager to administer the contract, oversee the payment gateways and help ensure the timely delivery of the project.
Design Team was founded in 2014 to meet the growing demand for fixed-fee architectural design services in the UK. We passionately believe in the importance of good design - but recognise the process needs to be straightforward, expedient and affordable. Our solution to this need is our unique range of fixed-fee ‘ready-to-build’ design packages starting from £2,995+VAT with supervision from in-house, ARB-registered Architects. Whether you need some planning feasibility advice or a full Building Control & Structural drawing set, we offer a variety of Design Packages which can be adapted to suit your individual needs.
