We have crafted some beautiful cinemas in private properties that the greater public never gets to appreciate, so I’m excited to publicly showcase the enjoyment home cinema brings. What better way to demonstrate the scale of our craftsmanship than building a cinema room in a bare-frame exhibition space with minimal setup time. We can’t wait to give a flavour of home theatre luxury and what we can create in spaces of all sizes.”

At the Grand House, we intend to demonstrate how the right setting and best possible audio-visual quality can move people the way cinema is designed to be enjoyed. We will be showcasing how we can tailor various mood settings for different content and different audiences, for personalised, enhanced home entertainment.”

At the Grand Designs Live Grand House, visitors can expect to experience 4K projection showing uncompressed UHD content from the Kaleidescape movie store with immersive Dolby Atmos surround sound, automated scene-setting, intelligent control systems, specialist home cinema furniture, and luxurious interior design. The Butler Harwell team will be able explore how different home cinema features can apply to each unique home.

In addition to the Cinema Room in the Grand House, we have a private meeting area where we invite guests to book an informal appointment to discuss their projects with us.
