My dream home will be a three-story building.

On the ground floor I would have an open plan living and dining area with a sofa and a TV to watch movies and a kitchen with a big table to spend family time. I would also have a second living room with another sofa to relax and get some alone time. These rooms will have large bi-folding doors that lead to the garden.

The garden will have a patio leading to the swimming pool where we can have fun with guests and have BBQ's. Further down in the garden, I would have an area with a vegetable patch to grow my own organic food. I will also have an area where I can have hens that will lay free free range eggs.

In the 1st story i will have a bathroom with a jacuzzi, and in the rest of the rooms I would have an en-suite.

In the 2nd story I will have a games room with a snooker table. I will have a gaming chair with my gaming console to entertain my guests when they come round.

I would make my house energy efficient by adding solar panels, because when the sun reflects onto the solar panels, it makes energy, meaning the house will use less electricity.

The structure of the house will be filled with cavity insulation which will be keeping my house warm in the cold wintery times.

In my house I would want triple glazed windows and glass ceilings which would bring in natural light to the house.

I would want my dream house to be in Spain because there is lots of sun and this will help with the solar panels.
