Advances in the form and power of electric motors, AI and CnC systems have supported this innovation. Electrification of vehicles with REVR can now involve a small technical footprint and no customisations to regulated safety or power systems of the car. It will be possible for many recent models of cars to be retrofitted so the owner can drive in and drive away in half a day. The range will be from 150 kms with a home-charging cable and compatible sockets for super chargers and others.

The conversion will target AUD4000 per REVR motor with at least two recommended per vehicle. This includes controller and battery at the above starting range. Longer range batteries can be purchased. The system will be guaranteed for ten years with components that can be readily maintained and replaced as required.

The converted car will be hybridised and through its REVR motors and control system can run full electric using its conventional motor only for accessories and run with all motors at once with torque vectoring tuned on installation as the driver requires.

REVR will develop training and certification for installers who have Cert III Light Automotive Mechanical.
