Grand Designs Live have challenged a local primary school to design and make their own miniature model. This competition will see children create the house they would love to live in and showcase elements of recycled materials such as cereal boxes and milk bottles to create a sustainable home model. Our panel of judges will announce the winners on the Grand Designs Magazine Theatre. The winners will join the Interior Design team in IKEA Birmingham (Wednesbury) for an exclusive behind-the-scenes look with our design team for an inspirational coaching session to co-create and bring their sustainable living designs to life for a room-set to be seen by millions of customers.
