For 2025, we are excited to announce the launch of a fully integrated, MCS accredited, solar roof tile, EnvirotilePV.Each EnvirotilePV tile produces up to 25w of power and uses exactly the same interlocking system as other tiles from the Envirotile family.
All of our tiles have been independently tested by BRE for wind lift. We have had tiles tested up to 147kph and the tiles stayed put. In fact we are so confident our tiles will never leave your roof as a result of the weather that we offer a lifetime stormproof guarantee.
Envirotile is also unbreakable, meaning no unnecessary wastage during transport and installation, or when on your roof. Envirotile does not crack or crumble. They can be dry cut using a handsaw or power tool and produce no dust or harmful airborne particles, so they are much safer and cleaner to work with.
Made using recycled plastic and recycled at end of life, making them a very sustainable roof covering. Fewer tiles required per square metre in comparison with competitors, meaning lower transport and installation cost.
Envirotile is also perfect for low pitch applications as they can be used down to a pitch of 12.5°, as confirmed by BRE testing. They can be installed direct to battens or board and being lighter than traditional tiles (8.5kg psm) this makes them very suitable for large span areas.
