Our Liquid Metal Finish Doors are constructed using Tricoya which is an extremely durable material, this is then combined with Steel reinforcing and dense insulation to provide a dimensionally stable, well-insulated and secure door base. With our Liquid Metal Finish Doors, you have a wide selection of metals to choose from including; Corten, Bronze, Copper, Gunmetal and Brass. These metals can be enhanced with our polishing, oxidising, patina, or Verdigris processes to create a naturally aged beautiful entrance door. Once the metal process is complete, we then apply a highly durable lacquer finish to seal everything in and ensure the finish will remain unchanged. To reduce the weight of the natural stone we bond the cut of this stone to a layer of fiberglass resin. There are several types of stone available and to ensure you approve of the stone used you will be sent a photo of the piece we intend to use before manufacture begins.
