We are a measured building and topographical survey company, based in the Midlands producing surveys all over the country. All of our surveyors are highly trained and our surveys are produced in accordance with RICS standards.
We have just invested in one of the latest high tech laser scanners. A Trimble X7 capable of surveying half a million measurements per second. Whilst on site, we can check the data and review what has been surveyed. All of our building surveys are produced using a 3d scanner which creates a full 3d model of the site. We can export this data in a range of formats for you to work with, we mainly export 2d AutoCAD drawings. We have added the options of 3d virtual tours and drone photography to our surveys, saving you the need to visit sites.
