We were approached by a young couple with one child already and another on the way to re-imagine their recently-acquired mid-terrace home as a forever space for their family to grow into and enjoy. Located within a conservation area, it requires a sensitive approach to maximising the potential of the property.

By working closely with the couple to understand their needs, hopes, desires and habits, we have brought together a sensitive adaptation of the existing property which greatly enhances the quality and layout of the limited space available to them, providing them with flexibility and bespoke spaces to suit their needs.

The scope of this project involves: the complete renovation of the existing 4-bedroom property; the addition of a large extension to the rear, substantially increasing and energising the kitchen and living spaces; and a garden room incorporting office and entertainment space.
