Finished to the highest standards, the house combines brick, stone, timber cladding and clay tile, allowing it to mellow naturally into its surroundings. Carefully positioned on a triangular site, the house creates a generous entrance courtyard and private rear garden, with terraces, loggias and a swimming pool making the most of the afternoon and evening sun.

Inside, traditional yet timeless finishes complement exposed green oak framing and vaulted ceilings. Oak detailing continues externally through balconies, verandas and porches. Passive solar gain, high insulation levels, thermal mass and MVHR contribute to a comfortable, energy-efficient home.
