Much of The Lookout is concealed below ground, allowing it to sit discreetly within the rolling Gower landscape. Its green roof and earthy materials blend naturally with the surrounding heath, while expansive glazing opens the upper-level living spaces to panoramic coastal views.

Dry-stone walls define the steep site, softened by planting that will mature over time. The Lookout is an nZEB (net zero energy building), producing as much energy annually as it uses.
