The German hospitality operator, Stein’s, commissioned us to develop a new concept for their new flagship restaurant, "BERLIN,"  serving typical new German cuisine. The new restaurant in the heart of Kensington, is located in a grade II listed embassy building of the “Goethe Institute," with a large terrace overlooking Imperial Gardens. while the basement will accommodate restrooms, an office, and storage facilities, the ground floor will house the main restaurant and bar area. The project has been completed, and “BERLIN” opened its doors in June 2018.
