Spacious Loft conversion for our clients Xerxes and Lina at Potters bar EN6. They needed a master bedroom with an ensuite, as their children are growing up and they need their space. So we created a hip to gable extension on the first floor. Their requirement was for plenty of storage and maximum natural light. We created some storage units under the eaves making full use of the available floor space while keeping the room spacious.

The project included complete bathroom suites supply and installation. We used marble effect tiles for the bathroom flooring. We also fitted laminated flooring throughout the first floor conversion. The project also included converting a study into a family bathroom on the first floor.

All decisions about design and build were communicated to the clients before taking any action. All purchases were made as per the client’s specification.

Xerxes and Lina are delighted with their new loft conversion and have invited us to do a new ground floor extension for 2020.

The build was completed in 10 weeks.
