Pivot security door frames are constructed using double L-shaped profiles (100mm x 55mm
x 25mm) made from 2mm mild steel, guaranteeing a high level of stiffness. For added
security, door lock holes are installed with special metal tubes (28mm in diameter, 2mm in
thickness). The door perimeter is equipped with metal plates featuring M20 mounting bolts.
These mounting bolts allow for smoother frame adjustment during the mounting process
and protect the concrete screws. Furthermore, door construction is installed using
FritsJurgens pivot hinge system, which is integrated in a lower part of the door leaf and has
load-bearing capacity up to 500 kg thereby creating a truly durable door opening/closing
mechanism.
A special rockwool insulation solution is used for efficient noise and temperature insulation.
The threshold is made of stainless steel with integrated drainage system.
To reduce water leakage and to stop draughts there are specially designed drop down seals
in the bottom and top part of the door leaf.
