This roof lantern comes ready assembled with its own aluminium kerb upstand that hosts the powerful actuators. The built in fully insulated aluminium kerb sits directly on a 60-70mm wide x 50mm (minimum height) pre-flashed timber frame. With various glazing options all including easy clean/low maintenance coating to promote self-cleaning with rain fall helping to keep the glass looking fresher for longer. Because our roof lanterns feature a 40 degree roof angle the added internal volume really enhance the architectural feel of the room they are installed upon.
These roof lanterns come ready assembled and factory glazed by our team of experts saving hours of work on site and are ready to lift on to a flat roof opening based on the above INTERNAL hole sizes.
