Built in early 2021, this building is The Theobalds design from our HQC Range of garden rooms.

Featuring a distinctive anthracite grey cladding, with matching anthracite grey aluminium fascia, flashing and trims. All alumninium sections are bespoke to Outdoor Modular Spaces.

The cladding is both UV stable and fire retardant ensuring the building complies to UK building regulations for outbuildings over 15sqm built on the boundary.

Internally we have used engineered wooden flooring, installed an a/c, underfloor heating and built a media wall.

Our client was initially using this room as a games room for his son and family, however, as time has passed, it is now very much a grown up entertaining space with bar.

Aluminium sliding doors to the front come with a 20 year guarantee.

The building is finished with a distinctive cedar canopy.
