The re-development of the former Chelsea Barracks site is one of the largest brownfield regeneration schemes ever undertaken in the UK. 

Its transformation into super-prime luxury residential accommodation interspersed amongst generous public realm was completed to the highest quality, with no detail left un-drawn or un-scrutinised.

The design and proportions of the apartment buildings, containing 65 apartments and 3 penthouses plus common areas, were heavily influenced by the traditional Portland stone townhouses of neighbouring Belgravia. Through subtle re-interpretation, Neo-Classical details and concepts were updated, iterated and refined, successfully marrying heritage with modern sophistication.  

Squire and Partners were the masterplanner and architects of Chelsea Barracks. Our founders worked on this project during their previous employment at Squire and Partners as architects.
