Bertazzoni Professional Series 120cm induction range cooker with griddle
Bertazzoni, the six-generation, family-owned Italian manufacturer of award-winning appliances, has achieved a market first with the launch of a 120cm induction range cooker with Teppanyaki grill.
Available in six colourways within the Professional Series, including Bertazzoni’s striking automotive finishes, the fully-electric double-oven range cooker achieved a 93.7 rating on the Energy Efficiency Index (EEI), giving it an A energy class.
With a total of six cooking zones – five burners and a Teppanyaki grill – the products have been launched in direct response to consumer demand for induction technology in maximum dimensions.
Alongside its premium qualities of triple-glazed doors, soft-close hinges, industry-leading 71 litre oven capacity per cavity, telescopic racks and tactile knobs, a unique feature of the new Bertazzoni appliances is their ability to be fitted through standard 40 amp wiring; with no need for additional bespoke cabling, unlike other 120cm induction models.
A leader in range cooker production since its foundation in 1882, Bertazzoni prides itself in the manufacture of high quality appliances oozing with Italian style and featuring the very latest technology.
Complete with Bertazzoni’s standard 11-programme multifunction ovens, both cavities offer settings including convection bake, proofing and turbo grill.
Alongside the stainless steel model (PRO125IG2EXT) the 120cm induction range cooker is also available in Bertazzoni’s much-loved Professional Series finishes – rosso (red), giallo (yellow), arancio (orange), bianco (white) and nero (black) – applied by hand via the same process as famous Italian luxury sports cars.
