We believe by casting your stairs and landings from concrete and completing this process on site gives almost unlimited design flexibility compared to using other materials and precast methods. 

 The use of concrete to achieve self-supporting stairs is almost unparalleled to any other product for its strength, durability and not to mention fire protection. Iconic Stairs process begins with creating timber form-work moulds in our workshop, allowing for a faster installation on site in as little as 2 to 3 days. Following this We cut, bend and tie the specified steel rebar to create the reinforcement cage which then sits inside the form-work moulds, in readiness for casting. 

The final part of this stage is pouring the concrete into the timber moulds and around the steel rebar to create your chosen stair and landing design. On most occasions you can use our stairs the following day after these have been poured.
