Bertazzoni has further reinforced its innovation capabilities with the launch of 130 range cookers with air fry functionality. Available in Bertazzoni’s Professional and Heritage Series models, the programme is included in all widths (60cm, 90cm, 100cm and 120cm), across single, double and triple gas and induction ovens. Combining a high-temperature grill with forced ventilation, the air fry programme generates a continuous flow of hot air around the food. It ensures fast and even cooking via a dedicated tray (supplied), resulting in food that is crispy on the outside and perfectly cooked on the inside. Reducing the use of oil, it is a healthier way of cooking and delivers excellent results in terms of browning and crispiness. Available in a total of nine colourways across the Professional and Heritage Series, the air fry function will eliminate the need for counter-top air fryers.
