Friends of the Earth

Paul designed and led The Bee Cause, Friends of the Earth’s award winning campaign to reverse the plight of Britain’s 267 bee species and other vital pollinators. He has advised all three London Mayors (Livingstone, Johnson and Khan) on how to make London a word class sustainable city, including making sustainability central to London’s staging of the 2012 Olympics and Paralympics and its legacy. Paul chairs the Quaggy Waterways Action Group (QWAG), an award-winning community group working to restore urban rivers, and is chair of the National Park City Foundation, the organisation behind London becoming the world’s first National Park City in 2019.
