Tristan Bund is a Chartered Architectural Technologist (MCIAT) with over 30 years’ experience in residential architecture, planning and technical design.

His work includes bespoke homes, extensions and the sensitive adaptation of listed buildings and properties within conservation areas. He has particular expertise in timber-frame construction, craftsmanship and the thoughtful use of natural materials, combining creative design with a practical understanding of how buildings are constructed.

Tristan works closely with homeowners to understand how they want to live and to guide them through the design, planning and Building Regulations process. An experienced collaborator and problem-solver, he coordinates with planning authorities, consultants and contractors to help turn ambitious ideas into carefully considered, achievable homes.
