Leigh Holt

Leigh has served as Managing Director of ETC Design Ltd since 2017, shaping the practice's creative vision and driving the design and marketing of projects. Deeply involved in every phase of the architectural process, Leigh is dedicated to ensuring that the initial design intent is carried through to the final built form—down to the last detail.

Guided by his mantra, “strive for perfection,” Leigh leads a talented team of architects and technologists with a focus on thoughtful, well-articulated design. His commitment to clarity and excellence ensures that each concept is not only beautifully presented but clearly understood by clients and collaborators alike. His work has earned recognition in both residential and commercial sectors, with several designs shortlisted for architectural awards.

Beyond the studio, Leigh plays an active role in the architectural community as the Acting Chairman of the Wolverhampton & District Society of Architects and contributes to architectural education as a Visiting Tutor at the University of Wolverhampton.
