German premium domestic appliance manufacturer, Miele will be showcasing its latest freestanding and built in appliances at Grand Designs Live from 30 April-8 May 2016 on stands K440 and K530, including kitchens designed by Diane Berry Kitchens and Hutton Kitchens.  Visitors will be amongst the first consumers in the UK to see its new product launches, including intelligent hobs that prevent over cooking when frying, a versatile Sous-Vide Vacuum Sealing Drawer and a stunning range of fridge freezers.

This year, the Live Kitchen Experience (K340), sponsored by Miele, will be bigger than ever before.  Each day its home economist team and executive chef, Sven-Hanson Britt will be running inspiring cooking demonstrations, along with guest appearances from leading chefs and experts, including head chefs Frederick Forster of Le Pont de la Tour, Tam Storrar of Blanchette Soho and Luo Bing of Hutong.  Explore low temperature cooking with the Sous Chef Food Warming Drawer and how versatile a Steam Combination Oven is - from baking cakes, proving loaves of bread, tempering chocolate and cooking the Sunday Roast.

Providing visitors with inspiration for their new kitchen, as well as experiencing Miele appliances, the Live Kitchen Experience stage boasts a schedule of talks by key industry experts who will explore on-trend materials and designs, as well as the latest kitchen technology.  Miele's Kitchen Advice Centre will also be situated on the stage offering one to one meetings with the experts free of charge for advice on kitchen projects and Miele appliances.  Pre-booking is recommended to secure a 30-minute consultation.

Skip the queues and relax in the Miele VIP lounge throughout the day with savoury and sweet treats freshly baked by Miele home economists, accompanied with complimentary coffee prepared in Miele coffee machines.  VIP tickets also include a glass of bubbly on arrival and a convenient ‘shop and drop’ cloakroom facility.
